Refunds are only available for participants who purchased their tickets between June 29, 2017 and June 30, 2018 from ruggedmaniac.com or at the event (not a third party site).
If you qualify for a refund for a ticket purchased directly from ruggedmaniac.com during that time, you must submit a refund claim to our insurance company, https://tg-claims.ticketguardian.net before the day of the event. You'll need to upload a copy of your Rugged Maniac confirmation email and provide your TicketGuardian policy number. Although the form will ask why you cannot attend the event, you can select any reason and still qualify for a refund. If you need your order confirmation email or TicketGuardian policy number resent, please contact us using the form below.
If you purchased your ticket at last year's event during that time, please contact us below with your pre-paid registration code, as well as the last four digits of the credit card you used to purchase your ticket.
Unfortunately we don't offer refunds for tickets purchased after July 1, 2018. For tickets purchased July 1st onward, our refund policy is similar to that of every other OCR, pro sports team, festival, theater, etc. You can sell the ticket to someone else (often times for more than you paid for it) and transfer the registration online before registration closes or at the event, or you can save your registration for any other Rugged Maniac event in the future by letting us know via email.
